About Project
Citybuilder is a project developed in collaboration with one of our partners, based on the existing game MyEmpire. In Citybuilder, players can rebuild cities using energy resources, earning various bonuses along the way. These bonuses can later be used in partner slot games, enhancing the gameplay experience.
The main objective of the team is to create high-quality art assets and 3D models of buildings, which will be integrated into the game’s map. The project will leverage technologies such as Unity and .NET to deliver a seamless and immersive experience for players.
Team Composition: 2D & 3D Artists, Art Lead, UI/UX Designer , Unity & .NET Developers, Game Designer, Project Manager
With a focus on creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration, Citybuilder will offer players a dynamic and rewarding city-building experience.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience in the development of 2D art from concept art to a final asset;
- Proficiency in Photoshop;
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, perspective, and lighting;
- Ability to work with different parts of the project (isometric props, backgrounds and small illustrations minigames);
- Ability to work in cartoon and casual art styles, semi-realism and realism;
- Strong portfolio;
- Experience working with AI;
- Ability to perform tasks in strictly defined .
Will Be A Plus
- Intermediate English level and above;
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field;
- Experience with 3D editors (Blender, SketchUp, Z-brush, or similar);
- Experience with art production for full-cycle game development;
- Experience in working with such genres as city builder, farming, strategy, adventure;
- Experience in character art

Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D assets according to the guidelines;
- Ensure that all assets meet the required quality and are consistent with the overall vision;
- Work closely with game designers, animators, and programmers;
- Document workflows and techniques for team reference.
