Allocation & Capacity Coordinator

Abouts US:

We’re a full-cycle game-development agency centralising resource allocation within Delivery.

The Role:

You will coordinate day-to-day assignments of our in-house team and contractor consultants, maintain capacity reports and the roll-out of new allocation tools (built by our CTO team).

Key Tasks:

• Assign staff and contractors to projects per skills and budget guidelines.
• Produce and circulate weekly bench-time and capacity reports.
• Liaise with contractors on schedules, rates and renewals.
• Assist in testing and validating allocation dashboards and tools.

You’ll Bring:

• 2–3 years’ experience in project or resource coordination.
• Strong Excel skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Excellent organisation and communication.
• A collaborative attitude and basic commercial sense.
